    Lakewood Gymnastics Team - Western Kentucky's Best!

    We have young athletes training USAG routines - Xcel Bronze up to Level 7.

  • Matkatz Power Tumbling

    Athletes on MatKatz will compete in tumbling and trampoline. 

    There is no music involved...no choreography...no dance...just putting skills together on rod-floor and trampoline.

    There is a level for everyone...and everyone does not have to be on the same level, as a TEAM

    Open workouts start in April for our advanced team!

    Minimum Roundoff 2 back handsprings
